Located within a dense urban fabric, Studio X is a fitness and wellness space designed to energize, recharge and reset. Conceived as a multi-functional studio, it blends performance with pause—an environment equally suited to high-intensity workouts and mindful restoration.

The space unfolds as a series of experiences, each studio designed with its own distinct atmosphere. The yoga room is anchored by warm wooden flooring and a wall of lush green planting, softly lit to evoke the calm of early morning light. Pops of colour arrive through the placement of mats in bold, saturated hues—signaling movement, rhythm and breath in harmony. The suspended lighting creates a canopy of focus, guiding attention inward.

The spin studio delivers contrast. Surfaces are sharper, sleeker. A mirrored wall reflects rows of red and black bikes lined in formation, amplifying the energy of group cycling. Bright linear lights and controlled acoustics heighten the intensity, while wall-mounted wheel installations nod to motion, speed and repetition.

In the training zones, graphic text cues—like “Focus” and “Eat Sleep Repeat”—act as visual mantras, grounded in the flooring. These spaces are designed for transformation. Equipment is zoned with precision, allowing for flow between strength, cardio, and circuit-based workouts. The palette leans dark and industrial: matte concrete floors, black ceilings, and custom-painted murals layered with dynamic silhouettes and kinetic forms.

Mirrors play a key role, not just functionally but spatially. Oversized, custom-framed mirrors tilt inward, creating a sense of enclosure and reflection. Greenery punctuates the plan, placed deliberately to soften transitions and connect the user to nature throughout their journey in the space.

Breakout zones and waiting areas contrast the high-performance interiors with quiet, tonal restraint. Neutral counters, textured walls, and warm lighting mark a shift in pace. A linear stone bench sits beside a small rock garden, offering a moment of calm between the hustle.

Studio X is not just a place to work out. It’s an environment engineered for personal rhythm—where design supports movement, motivation, and mental clarity. A space where performance isn’t just physical, but sensory, spatial, and emotional. Every surface, every light source, every planted edge works to keep the body engaged and the mind aligned.
