MFT Office Building
This project focuses on redefining the traditional office building.
Using the oblong outline of the site, the building uses green technologies and reduces HVAC by creating an exposed stairwell, and a complete wrap around garden terrace, providing the habitants of the building with complete greenery around all windows along with a view of the city. The building hopes to be one of the first few “Green Buildings”, in Pakistan focusing on Renewable sources of energy, water recycling and reduction in Artificial cooling.
