This two-story sanctuary, designed around a tranquil central pool, offers an impeccable fusion of modern architecture and a connection with nature. The property features a striking white façade, accentuated by clean, geometric lines and vertical slatted panels that bring texture to the exterior. Nestled within lush greenery, the residence creates an inviting ambiance that feels both serene and private.
Upon entering the home, visitors are greeted by a minimalist yet grand entrance with broad steps leading to an understated black double door, framed by the modern aesthetic of contrasting spherical décor and planters. The interior is bathed in natural light, thanks to floor-to-ceiling glass walls that seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor spaces. This transparency not only floods the living areas with sunlight but also frames picturesque views of the pool and garden from every angle.
The central pool acts as the focal point, surrounded by elegant white stone decking that provides a luxurious, resort-like atmosphere. Sleek, white loungers and umbrellas accentuate the space, offering areas for relaxation while reflecting the overall palette of purity and sophistication. The pool itself boasts geometric precision, featuring a separate jacuzzi section, seamlessly integrated into the design.
Inside, polished marble floors and white walls emphasize the home’s minimalist ethos while providing a sense of continuity throughout. Art pieces and carefully curated décor punctuate the spaces with subtle vibrancy, complementing the neutral tones. Long, gallery-like corridors connect the various wings of the house, their glass walls framing uninterrupted views of the outdoors and allowing a natural flow of light and air.
